DAPL analyzed our requirements and created a development plan including detailed feature set, UI renderings, timelines, staffing, QA and cost analysis. Once the project begain we had weekly meeting with a very knowledgeable Product Engineering Manager to clarify requirments and report on progress. The timeline was detailed by week and projected features to be completed so it was easy to follow the progress.
