Quick response time to reviews though the notifications for reviews are a little slow. Some of the responses feel a bit "canned" or " robotic," I suppose you could say. It would be nice if they'd loosen up a bit and try to feel more human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No real "rep," It feels like we get shuffled around a bit, and there's no real point of contact. Some additional features are included with your subscription, but it's nothing special, and it feels more like filler to encourage you to use them over another vendor. It's not easy marketing to an audience and keeping everything juggled in this day and age. With different social media platforms, websites, and other storefronts it's sometimes overwhelming to keep it all straight. Digital Air Strike's teams give us the room to breathe and take care of the little things so that we can focus on our customers first and foremost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much to dislike, though with every company there is always ways that they can improve. At the moment if they could streamline their available packages, it can be a little daunting the number of packages that are available to use and what is offered, and how they overlap. The idea of the products we used were good, just simple reputation management with some extra bonuses to increase review numbers. All good in theory. Affordable, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They just didn't work for us, unfortunately. Reputation management was unnecessary as we were already getting review notifications and we respond to most reviews on our own already. The review surge thing didn't get us a substantial increase in reviews, either. Sometimes I'd get email notifications about new reviews using the surge link, but when I'd check the back end to see when a surge request was sent, things didn't line up at all.
the facebook posting did nothing us for on social media. just basic, boring, corporate looking stuff. maybe you want that, but maybe 30 people saw each post , and just didn't do anything.
Our account manager must've changed every month, don't know if people get reassigned there a lot or turnover, but each month I'd get emails from a different person and it was confusing.
Their products didn't do anything for us, but maybe we were just the exception as a smaller dealer in a small town might not have worked for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great Customer service, they are always available to help and went above and beyond during the pandemic. Also they are always looking to stay on top of the latest technologies and keep us informed of new technologies that they hear of. The tool has always been problem free for us and has a pretty simple integration and we have never been turned down for any customer changes we wanted to make. The dashboards are easy to operate for me and my team. The price point is helpful as well, they didnt price themselves out of the market. Their sales department is persistent, but i can appreciate that. In our positions it's easy to push off another vendor trying to sell us something but i really did and continue to find value in the products they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a ton of great competitors out there who all offer some different features in their products. To start the reputation management is an easy choice the value is absolutely there. The access on my phone is simple. The tool keeps the information flowing between customer and dealership, and the ability to work with the DAS team is great. I do appreciate the readiness and easy access for support. DAS has about every option possible, its affordable, and its useful! Highly recommend DAS to other dealerships. At times I can't immediately resolve an issue, but I understand why the delay. We appreciate the transparency, and again easy access to a support person. Not a voice mail. Very responsive, just can't always fix a problem because there are steps involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The no hands on, set it and forget it, approach made possible by the DAS team and their producsts. Obviously we need to keep an eye on things but compared to previous vendors, our involvment is minimal which is extremely benefical for busy dealers. We are now demoing their Response Logix and price quoting tool, hoping for the same results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
