And for business owners with only a few contracts each month, a free, non-paid account is available with the basic features. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** I don't have anything to complain about, so I continue using them for business. If you upgrade, emails sent can be branded, and your business email can be used as if the contract email is coming from your company, not DigiSigner. The emails are customizable with reminder follow-ups if the client forgets to sign in a given time range. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to use paper contracts and ask clients to mail contracts to my address. Now I can skip that physical part, saving my clients or me time with printing and mailing papers or scanning and emailing. Most e-sign platforms give you a set period of free time and then you must upgrade to paid version. DigiSign gives you three free documents per month and then you have to upgrade. It has been a blessing in disguise for us as a gowning business. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** There is really nothing that I dislike about this app. It has helped us out in so many clutch ways, I honestly can't think of one reason to dislike this application. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have an issue with getting paper documents signed by homeowners in real time on the job site. With DigiSigner, we can email them a copy of needed paperwork with the correct information already filled out for them, and all they have to do is digitally sign the document and boom, the document comes right back to us ready for us to upload to our programs and to the Insurance Carriers files. ### 40. Before using digisigner, the software we were using did not allow us to create a link that we could text or email from our own emails so sometimes clients would miss those emails. You don't have to lock in on a contract. Mortgage lenders widely accept it. Easy to navigate and use for clients. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** I would say the only thing I don't like is billing/cancellation is separate from the website. I wish it were all integrated in one location and more user-friendly on the administrative front. Also, wish support was more readily and easily available. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** No real problems for a mortgage company. Really use it for the client to sign/date/authenticate letters of explanation needed for loan files. I find is very user-friendly. ### 46.
