The tutorial provided was enough to get oriented and start sending packages to clients. I also cannot select a default response for radio buttons, a feature in another electronic signing platform. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** DigiSigner solves the problem of getting signatures from clients. One of the best features is that it tells you when the recipient has received the document and opened it. It allows me to save money while having the features of the "other" guys. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** Nothing to not like so far but I only have a few transactions under my belt so we will see. One thing that some of the competitors lack in is the ability to make changes after upload. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to get signatures quickly and easily without scanning and my customers can easily sign from almost anywhere. Easy to sequence a series of signatures. Clear indication of when a document is finished. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** A bit fiddly to set signature and date field sizes to fit inside documents not designed for digital signatures. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Obtaining HIPPA compliant signed documents during COVID without having to meet in person. Uploading Screenshot was a pain. Screenshot size is 5.5 MB but your system only accepts files under 5.2MB. I had to compress the file. I strongly recommend increasing acceptable screenshot files size or automatically resize any document dropped into the upload box. As long as this file size problem exists, you will frustrate those not familiar with resizing or simply do not want to take the extra time. Net result is far fewer responses to your request for reviews is far less than those who start the review process. ### 6. For my purposes as an executive assistant to a professor, I definitely don't make use of this service more than most folks (e.g., notaries, office admin, etc.) Most of the forms I prepare for signature are associated with one person (my executive) and are usually student forms with the university. It would be nice if there was pricing available for those who only need like 10-15 documents a month (MAX) signed. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Digisigner helps me with all of my academic office tasks: preparing and circulating university forms for signature (i.e. visiting scholar/researcher forms, Visa forms, various administrative forms).
