"Excellent product at a reasonable price"

What do you like best about Digify?

Ease of use. It's super easy setting up permissions for file viewing, printing and downloading by making use of blanket permissions or dividing users into smaller groups. The analytics and audit trail also makes it easy to see who is looking at what documents. The customer service is also excellent and I was helped out with a billing issue within a day. What do you dislike about Digify?

The only downside was that some of the features were upgraded while I was using them, so the interface was changed. Not really too much of an inconvenience but I was a little confused at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Digify?

It's extremely easy to use and the customer service is also excellent. The online help guides are very comprehensive too. I have no hesitation in asking clients to upload documents to Digify because I know that they will find it easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Digify?

What I liked the most about Digify is the fact that it has international quality certifications on the services it offers, that is, it offers data and information security services and has an ISO security certification, in the same way, another Quite interesting thing is its interface which turns out to be intuitive at all times, the fact that it allows me to share files in a much faster and safer way throughout the company is something that is very useful for us, That integrations can be made with a large number of applications is something that turns out to be a great plus. What do you dislike about Digify?

As for any complaint or inconvenience that you may have with this application, there is no weight, let's say, in the sense that it affects its performance, I only complain about the fact that the letters in the indexes look very small and that makes reading very difficult.
