Digify is an easy-to-use platform with a seamless user interface. It didn't take more than half an hour to set up the platform for use and since then maintenance has been a breeze. They are constantly developing new features and offerings which help to keep our vital data and IP secure while allowing funders and clients access to what they need to see. Digify only allows a basic subscription to have 3 data rooms and a limited number of users. The cost of incrementally adding users or data rooms is quite steep and for a small business like ours often requires a choice between closing an existing data room or paying higher fees. The other dislike is that some of the brand incorporation elements are not very functional and therefore rarely used. For example adding a banner on a data room actually detracts from its aestetics. Digital storage and data sharing is simple and effective, easy to structure and generate full/limited access. Features are user friendly and intuitive, even when managing disparate projects. I am the COO of a tech company that was looking for a solution for our Series A funding round. I did a comparison of a number of data room providers prior to choosing Digify and Digify had by far the most functionality at the best price. Digify is extremely easy to use, both as the owner of the data room and the visitor. It's very easy to update files, reorganize them, and add new ones. You can invite people to the data room with a link, which is something I was really looking for. I did not want to make it difficult for prospective investors to get access to our information. We've been using Digify for the last year to help securely send private documents to external partners. Their product saved us a lot of time from having to build our own tool to securely share these documents. Their product is feature rich, they respond to customer feedback, and their support team is on top of things always open to creative solutions to unique problems.

We use Digify for a very unique use case: sending documents securely via an API. Overall we've seen a lot of improvements in their documentation and support for this use case.
