For our business, Digify has provided a very secure way to provide our learning materials to our students. It has allowed us to control the duration of use along with the number of view and prints. Digify's representatives are excellent to work with. When I first began researching possibilities for digital lending, I didn't know exactly what options were available to me and what capabilities I needed. Ivan was excellent in listening to my needs and helping me understand what the Digify product was capable of and how it could help our library better serve our students. Also, it took about a year for my library to decide to take the plunge and purchase this subscription. Ivan never pressured me to make a decision but was available at any time to answer questions and to give great advice about what package and features we actually needed.

Now that we have subscribed, I couldn't be happier with the Digify product. It is so easy to use and the support is wonderful. Digify allows me to seamlessly upload and share scanned documents with my patrons. The documents are protected; they can't be downloaded or copied, and they are only available to the patron for a set amount of time. It helps my library loan resources to students learning from a distance without violating the copyrights of the author and publisher. We often have to relay sensitive information. Being able to set limits on dowloading and printing is of utmost importance. Being able to decline access to user(s) is also important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
