Digication for G Suite Reviews & Product Details

There aren't many positives for Digication, quite honestly. It has decent security, but otherwise, it's just a file upload and storage linking interface. However, it is incredibly unintuitive, so it takes a million clicks to get anywhere, and there are no notifications or a centralized search feature to find uploads. It's supposed to be for team work sharing (I personally had to use it for a college team project for one of my classes that required a lot of files and collaboration), but it is very poorly designed for teamwork and interaction. Where to even start...

-Confusing, poorly built, clunky, baffling, antiquated interface

-Very difficult to find the page you need

-It often crashes or doesn't even open, and Google has obviously left this project by the wayside, so there isn't much in the way of support for these issues

-I needed a tutorial to find key tools, and actually putting something on your page isn't as easy as it should be, so when my teammates were trying to make updates, half the time, things didn't show up

-No alerts when someone has updated the page, so unless they tell you externally, you have to navigate the labyrinth to find the page to see if it has been updated periodically

-The page editing software looks like they copied the template for the first version of OpenOffice and have stuck with it

-Figuring out where to drag and drop to submit projects was such a hassle. Sometimes you would miss the submission box and your page would just end up "hidden" and finding it again was such a pain

-There are a million other products, like Dropbox, Wordpress, Google Drive, ClickUp, Etc. that do everything this platform does about a thousand times better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy that I could keep access to my e-portfolio upon graduation. I also appreciate that I can upload multiple different types of media. That being said, Canvas does all of this, plus more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was not too fond of much of this software. I used Canvas at another school I attended and thought that, basically, Canvas does everything Digication does but is more streamlined. In comparison, Digication was more challenging to use for no added benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
