The bite size infomation.

It is such powerful info but broken down so that the most difficult of concepts are brought home and land safely and retained.

On the desktop it is quite easy to use and the interface is easy enough.

I have personally not reached out to their customer support because anything I would query my employer would reach out to them on our behalf.

The multiple choice questions are more about which is the most correct and not a straight out one or 2 correct answers.

I also do not like the fact that the app is bit slow when accessed on a mobile device which would make it much more convenient to use and access if this was not the case.

I would have definately logged in a few more times if the moble was not slow.

The recap function. I like that it immediately gives me the recap module if I miss a question. It does help me understand a module easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not sure if one exists but the lack of an app. It's not necessarily a dislike but it would be nicer to have an app and in that way get notified about new modules quicker through a notification bar because sometimes we don't pay much attention to our emails.
