The connection is great, which is essential for any company, the transcriptions are wonderful, even the ones in Spanish, they make it much easier to review the calls from a quality control point of view, in the same way, the recommendations at the end of each call help a lot so that we do not forget if we should do a follow-up or if there is something pending with each person we speak to. Lastly, the technical support team always goes above and beyond, technology is not 100% perfect, however when there is an error it is attended immediately with realistic expectations and concise answers. Although not a major issue, the sound quality could benefit from improvement as it can be a bit bothersome at times. Once this is addressed, the overall experience with Dialpad would likely be enhanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it has the voice AI so I can track back calls if needed. It also is pretty clean and organized to understand quickly. This is a great way to track calls and such. I also like how you can text on here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike. Sometimes I need to restart but I feel that it is normal to do that from time to time. Maybe have some more ability to customize to the users preferences through the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that using the contact centers helps me organize my different teams and identify where my calls are coming from. It allows me to enter the call more prepared knowing where the call is associated. It's beneficial in the sense that training new hires can see how and who is utilizing Dialpad and listen in on calls for training purposes. It occasionally dials from the wrong group and can cause confusion. This has only happened a few times. I'm sure it was a bug and can be resolved easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DialPad made having a central hub for calls and client management easy. Call recording was easily accessable and call monitoring was a bonus. DialPad made it very easy to track team members calls and maintain client communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a new user I spent a lot of time chatting with support to get solutions. The knowledge base is a great once you learn how to use it, but the search function is not the most intiuitive. Dialpad AI Contact Center is leaps and bounds more user-friendly than the other system by Cisco that I have used in the past. Everything is in the cloud, which is great. Also, having your business number ring on your cell phone while working remotely is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
