What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I like I can see past calls that I have made during the day. I like that i can text customers back & easily look up their number in the search bar. I think its great that dialpad shows you incoming texts & calls & you can easily look up chat conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

-I dont like that it will disconnect my calls.

-I dont like that it will switch me to DND during a call or even when im not actually using the app.

-I dont like that it will connect more than one agent to a call at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is letting me balance my daily calls, helps me meet my call quota & it helps me stay in contact wiht customers to give them quotes and to be able to quick leave them messages & updates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Easy of seeing who is calling and the ability to transfer calls merge calls. It is way better than software I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

The only huge downfall I have with Dialpad is my wireless headphones disconnect a lot. It's not all the time but sometimes several times a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

The quickness and the way that the Ai Contact Center tries to resolves in an appropriate way. Its is easy to use and very easy to understand. They offer a solution as soon as they can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

There is not much that I have to complain about the Dial Pad Ai Contact Center. One thing that I can probably say about Dial Pad Ai Contact Center is that is should have more color coding the colors make everything look close together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only situation that I had with Dialpad was that my business email would not sync with my Dialpad account. I had to use my trainers email for a month before we were able to escalte it and get it solved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it is so easy to search up a phone number and immediately be able to call or text, the interface is incredible! Very organized as well, with most recent messages on top of the list Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I love that supervisors get pinged if there is a certain phrase said or tone of the call. It gives us more eyes on the issues from callers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

I don't love that features we need cost extra. I also don't love that supervisors cannot pull any kind of call for the whole business, not just the call centers they're a part of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
