What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I like the symplicity and effectiveness. It lets me recap calls and see areas where I could improve. It's a great interface and has all the functions I could need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only function I would change is the mute button while on calls, it takes a while to respond which either cuts me off at the wrong time or is too late. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the analytics were very thorough. You defi nitely get more information than with the Ai Voice license Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Calls connect quickly, the sound is great, and the Ai generated transcripts are pretty spot on. Makes doing business over the phone easy. I haven't used any competitors, but Dialpad is so great I have no reason to start looking elswhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

I'm not the only one with access to the phone lines, and sometimes when I call a number, it doesn't show right away that someone is speaking with the same number, but it's not a huge deal. It updates eventually. Worst case, the person gets a call from us while they're already speaking with us, so not a big deal really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of the sales representatives at my company have access to the same lines, so whoever is available can call and text, making the sales process quick and smooth.
