**What do you like best about Dialpad Support?**

Executive level: easy to implement. 
Manager level: good tools for monitoring and data collection 
Agent level: easy to use

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Executive level: Onboarding could be more in-depth. Many features and functions were not covered in implementation - lots of self discovery and additional training required. During implementation - questions about features, functions, or issues got slow response times. A lack of urgency was felt.

Manager level: The system is missing key stats (for blended contact centers - AHT for OB and IB calls are fundamentally tied - cannot break apart, no avg response time for SMS SLA). Reporting is too siloed and when multiple contact centers are combined, entire stats and KPIs disappear, functionality is lost and reporting capabilities export capabilities are disabled causing repetitive exports and manual merging of data.

Also default OB settings are not available - agents must consistently select which contact center they want to use for OB calls (if assigned to multiple queues / coaching teams).

Agent level: Some features are not intuitive.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue with our previous contact center software - too few calls could be check via our QA team. The AI within Dialpad grades all calls (to varying degrees of accuracy).

However - for manually graded calls - Dialpad has no way to automatically assign calls to a QA person or manager for review, it must be done manually.

Dialpad’s Contact Center has been easy to adopt and works well for managing inbound and outbound calls. The Ai transcript functionality, when I take multiple back-to-back calls, I don't often have time to put together detailed notes. The transcript feature helps a lot with recalling the context and nature of the conversation so I can close off my tasks and tickets.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Sometimes having to refresh the dashboard to see the calls and agents in Q at a given time. Sometimes it doesn't need a refresh and other times it does. Also we connect to zendesk so the connection isn't always established on there for me to use the answer option with the integration, though this could be an issue with zd.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency with the volume of calls, also the ability to see agents in the Queue as well as calls waiting. I've used other programs that don't provide the same level of transaparency and UI style as DP.

Dialpad is user friendly and has lots of features that helps to monitor agents, keep call records, AI features, and reporting measures that I utilize daily to assist in managing a call center.

It would be helpful if it were a little easier to navigate to call recordings and if it were possible to sync with our CRM in order to directly record call notes and call summaries automatically into our CRM when a call is over.0

It is solving problem of recording all calls that are made within our call center and being able to coach agents real time while they are on a call without having to hover over them constantly.

AI gives pretty good answers as long as the required info is within Dialpad documents and it is straightforward. For resolving problems, AI tends to go kind of rogue, but it knows when is time to transfer the case to human support. Human support is good when it is good. They are quickly responding to chats and carefully trying to understand problem users are dealing with.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

Human technical support often can not be reached for over an hour, and in the end, chat is disconnected. Most recent experience was that after  a30+minutes of chatting on a problem, Dialpad technical support member said that the presented problem needs to be examined internally and that a confirmation email with the ticket number will be sent out. That email never arrived, and when a new chat (next day) was opened to get an update, technical support could not be found at all.

**What problems is Dialpad Support solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mainly successfully resolved problems include features that are not by default accessible to the end user. In a matter of moments, they are enabled and problem is resolved. AI bot is super helpful for navigating complex documentation and navigating exactly where in the account some settings are.

How I acn get to the dept i need in chat and in calling in for support. I usually need technical assistance or porting and I like that you guys have different departments so that I do not have to be routed thru a basic answering service first

One of the only things I dislike is that 90% of the time all my questions and tickets are handled outside of my business hours. I have repeatedly asked for this to be handled during my business hours, but if i do not receive the support I need right away (via chat) then it will take day and days to get it figured out. Its like phone tag but in email. I dont receive a response until the middle of the night. Another issue is that when that occurs, i need to verify my support code which takes another whole day to verify, because they ask for it in the middle of the night.

Most often it is routing concerns and understanding exact use cases of features. As well as porting assistance and locating phone numbers.

I wish their chat support was a bit easier as I often am redirected to email when I've used this in the past.

They're solving an issue with calls dropping at the 30-minute mark for users who have a dedicated phone number and not just an extension, which is primarily our Sales team, who tend to have longer conversations due to the nature of those calls. This benefits us by establishing a better communication with our customers so we aren't required to call them back without a real reason to give as to why the call dropped.

I really like the flexibility of Dialpad Support, especially being able to convert voicemails into text and track, monitor, and analyze conversations. This includes seeing whether representatives are making calls and what they’re saying. I find being able to get a quick gist of conversations with the AI summary very beneficial. It provides a quick review, so I don't have to listen to hours of calls. It also highlights if someone was speaking too fast or if their tone was off, which helps in working with our employees.

There's not a lot of room for more integration. Maybe having a more sophisticated AI that can give more specific prompts during calls would be beneficial. For example, it could provide queues for specific areas like education prompts.

I like that you can have a live call while still working in other apps. and that if given the option of voicemail drops. I also like the option of being able to check how many calls a day I am making and being able to go back and listen to past calls as well.

There are times when Im calling and the Voicemail drop button disappears from my options bar, and I end up having to record the voicemail manually and then restart the app to get it working again, it isnt a huge problem but it does cause me extra work and time trying to get it back online.

Im still waiting on the voicemail drop fix, other than that I haven't seen any other problems that I think need solving at this time.

The visibilty of seeing where the emails are with consultants and the ability to easily review and retrieve recordings. It is also great for team members with the AI transcription so they can go back and review if needed.

Not being able to have an internal company email directory with email addresses and formatting in emails. It was great to see the implementation of colour and more font.

Users have a hard time getting in touch with dialpad support at times.

Phone System, and Sales support we switched to Dialpad and we've only been down 2 times which is critical for our systems and one of those times it had nothing to do with dialpad they where hit with a widespread outage. The other time we went down we where back by the time I got in touch with support.

It's great that they have the option to call a real person as well as the online chat. Once you get someone to talk to, their support is generally responsive, clear, and willing to stay with an issue until there’s a definitive answer, even when that answer is “this is a current limitation.”

Like all companies these days, they have an AI chatbot on their site that is often times less than helpful and you have to push to get connected to a real person to get your questions answered.

I really appreciate the real-time visibility that Dialpad Support offers. The live dashboards are very helpful because they make it easy to see who’s available, how long customers are waiting, and where any bottlenecks might be forming, allowing us to react quickly instead of just guessing. The call transcripts and recordings are great, making coaching a lot easier and cutting down on back-and-forth when issues need reviewing. I also like how simple it is to adjust call routing or queue settings without needing any technical help. The setup feels like it's truly built for teams that manage support volume daily, not just handle basic call operations.

**What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?**

There are a few areas that could be stronger. The reporting covers the basics, but if you want more advanced analytics or highly customized reports, it can feel limited without exporting data elsewhere. The AI transcripts are helpful, but they’re not flawless, especially with technical terms or strong accents. Integrations are decent, though in some cases they don’t go as deep as we’d like, which means a bit of manual work still happens between systems. And like most cloud-based platforms, call quality depends heavily on internet stability, so when connections dip, it’s noticeable. None of this breaks the system, but there’s room to refine it.

I REALLY WISH there was a way for the incoming text messages to go back to the last person that spoke to them and give them a notification OR allow supervisors to assign them!

I have been using Dialpad Support for a year and a half now and I love the AI features, interactive interface, and the ability to track calls and emails. Dialpad Support is fast and easy to work with, and I particularly appreciate that they adapt their service to meet the specific needs of our office. We send out a high volume of communications via phone and email, and our previous systems were outdated and cumbersome. Dialpad Support has significantly elevated our service by providing a secure and unified platform for handling phone lines and email access. Additionally, the transition to Dialpad from CIC was seamless, requiring only one training session for our entire office. I value how Dialpad Support quickly addresses and resolves technical issues we encounter, providing timely updates. I like Dialpad Support because they pick up the call 99% of the time and do follow-ups in email. I find the email follow-ups helpful because they involve ticket generation and asking for more information if required based on the issue I'm facing.

The time it takes to solve issues could be improved. A lot of issues are passed as feature requests, and I get no updates on the progress. They ask for a lot of information, which is good, but not all the time. Most of the time just goes in giving screenshots of the issue faced or providing them the details. It was hard to get used to because the settings for particular things used to be all over the place, but once I got used to it, it became manageable.

I use Dialpad Support for troubleshooting call line and feature issues, ensuring scorecards and settings function properly. I like that they pick up calls 99% of the time and follow up with emails for ticket generation and additional information requests.

Battlecards are an amazing feature, and help keep our reps on topic. Being able to pre-load quick information regarding potential competitors and have that pop-up on-screen has measurably improved the speed of onboarding.

SMS tracking is pretty difficult in Dialpad. We've had previous systems that were much more friendly for manager review, and automated programs.
