can you please reduce delay while switching though Mute/Unmute?
It takes a lot of time when I put myself on mute or unmute. It takes around 5-10 seconds to refresh status and it keeps showing loader.

Can you please get remove or build a separate volume control for the waiting music please?
I was glad that we now have the ability to mute the music, but I was surprised that the alternative is just a monotonous tone. Is there a way to have separate control of that volume-- or eliminate it altogether?

How can I avoid my colleagues using our main office line appearing as me
Because I use our main office line and other colleagues do as well, it would be nice to have a function that requires persons calling from what appears to be the same line to use a code or something to indicate who they are.
