What do you like best about Dialpad Meetings?

I like best about Dialpad Meetings is its ease of use combined with high-quality audio and video. What do you like best about Dialpad Sell?

I loved the Dialpad has a clean and modern interface. Even if you're not a tech wizard, you’ll find your way around quickly. The call quality is top-notch. Whether it's a team meeting or a client call, it delivers clarity. It works seamlessly on phones, desktops, and even through a browser. The transcription and note-taking features are amazing.

Collaboration is a breeze.

The customer support is an amazing team always working to solve the problem

I use it everydays as my dialling app.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Sell?

Dialpad needs to slve the lagging issue, sometimes the call is disconnected however it takes time.

We have still not found a workaround of beating the duplicacy in calls.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The connection between the phone app, computer app and IP phones allows for seamless integration of the phone in our companies day to day operations. Being able to look back at phone calls a see the highlights and objectives is really helpful to my employees. It is a great addition to our communications with our customers. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

There are times where phone calls may ring on the connected cell phones and we are unable to answer. 95% of the time it works, but there are times where we cannot connect and have to call back the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Sell?

I think the ability to transcribe live calls make the application my favourite. I am into client facing all the day and I get to speakto my clients is US over the phone. DialPad gives the option to paste the conversation directly into my CRM since it provides the summary of the overall conversation with my client. It saves me a lot of time and effort. What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

The most helpful thing about Dialpad Support is the people. I am a one person office and not very tech savvy as the Administrator. I had used Dialpad for over a year and then I made changes to my phone system that involved changing my DialPad and my actual mobile numbers. The people were so helpful in getting everything reestablished and in setting me up with an additional feature set that I did not understand. They gave me instructions and told me they would call me back in five minutes to ensure everything worked. Five minutes later, my DialPad rang and I was able to report all systems go!! Their patience in explaining what to do and why was outstanding!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Reasonable pricing that works well on solopreneur and/or startup budget. The onboarding call was also quite helpful. The call/voice quality was excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

More of a nitpick, really, but I hope there's a more pared-down version of the product. We're basically just looking for a phone and SMS app for our client success team, so we don't really have a need for the other features.

Also, we couldn't use the office number to register a WhatsApp Business account. We would have loved to use the same number across all our comms channels so we won't need to expose our team members' personal information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

We have been using Dialpad at our Organization for long time and it has helped us in lot more ways.

The tool is user-friendly and the call quality is consistently clear. We are using the Dialpad in Desktop as well in Android mobile and the services are seamless in both devices.

What do you like best about Dialpad Meetings?

Dialpad Ai Meetings' video conferencing is its strongest suit, allowing users to do things like route calls, mute them, or set up calls with three or more participants. Plus, the sound is great. The ease of use makes it perfect for leaving messages and scheduling a meeting regardless of the other person's time zone. Automatic note-taking during important meetings is made much easier with AI-powered real-time transcription. The best part is that you can use it remotely from anywhere using your mobile phone.
