The best part about Dialpad AI Contact Center is its real-time AI features, like live call transcriptions and sentiment analysis, which help agents respond more effectively and improve customer interactions on the spot. What do you like best about Dialpad Sell?

Dialpad allows multiple call center represenitives to answer calls at the same time, while being monitored for quality by a spervisor. The ability to never miss a call keeps us from losing potential revenue from inability to answer. The different call center options make it really easy to delegate to members of our team. I integrate with ServiceTitan, but the few times I have contacted the customer support team at Dialpad, they have been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Sell?

I do not like that an agent can be so easily knocked off duty by a half second spam call. Sometimes an agent will not even realize that they missed a call, and then they are placed off duty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

Great set of features including in line transcription and recording, Ai Features, integration with Salesforce and Service Now and may others. Great easy to use application, Customer support great too. Implementation was very smooth and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Support?

Not much to dislike. The only issue we had was when there was a DoS attack on some US providers which affected Dialpad, but this was resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Never was a fan of trouble tickets and thought they go into lala land. With Dial Pad that is different. Sent in an issue and it was resolved immediately and communicated to me as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Sell?

We've been using Dialpadfor a few months now, and it has been a game-changer! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it super easy to train our team quickly. The transcribing feature is spot-on, saving us so much time with detailed and accurate call transcriptions. Because we are a medical practice, the transcribing service allows our team to quickly triage and call back those who need attention sooner. What do you dislike about Dialpad Sell?

I wish the voicemails were easier to forward. When a voicemail is forwarded it lands in the other user's email instead of Dialpad. Also, voicemails are not possible to be fowarded to another group/department, only to individual person. For example, if a patient left a voice mail in the medical records team line, but needs to go to the advice nurse team, you cannot forward to that department. Nothing works beneath the glossy exterior - mainstream CRM integration...now on email support via ticket in Philipnes...been told by multiple people 'we'll call you back' which is kind of ironic for a phone VOIP company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The updated version is actually quite helpful! I tend to mishear a lot of things when talking to people with noisy background. The Ai scripts and easy-access recording make it easier for me to understand the people I talk to better. It's also easy to use as I can have the frequent contacts save and call with just one click. With the other tools I'm also using for work, it is also easy to get everything integrated and do everything in just one place. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

The Ai system would just need a few enhancements to capture the actual dialogue, but the purpose is already there and you're all doing a great job! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
