I like how fluid everything is and that I can access calls through my laptop, iPad, or cell phone. Everything is one organized place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely dispised the setup and dealing with sales. I was sold one thing, but wasn't told there would be additional costs. So I was very upset about that part. The initial setup was horrendous. Dialpad AI Voice has become a necessary part of keeping track of not only who I talked to, but the conversation itself. I particulary rely on the summary and suggested agenda items to follow-up on, when planning my schedule and tracking my time. As with all voice-to-text agents, speaking clearly and enunciating well is imperative to capturing the actual conversation. As a hearing impaired person, the functionality that DialPad provides (live transcripts, emails, etc.) help take away some of the issues I have with a standard phone system. Before getting DialPad, I was very hesitate to answer the phone, as I knew I would miss a great deal of what was being said, and have to have the caller repeat things constantly. I have been using Dialpad for several years as our corporate phone solution and I love using it. It is intuitive and easy to use interface. The features I use is voice calling, voicemail transcription to text, texting mobile users, call merging/conferencing, call forwarding. I have not had any problems with it so never needed support. We can connect easily from our ATS system on dial-pad by clicking on the candidate's numbers. It redirects us to dialpad easily. Also, we have the option to run the app in the background which helps us in multitasking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
