Since Dialpad AI Voice implemented to my org for me awesome experience using calling ,texting ,messaging , Dialpad AI Voice transcript features is completely different which is helping me to understand the other languages as per my responsbilites have to connect with client and candidates in different region also within the org, after using this I would say it is best Voip service for my domain because most of the time need to connect different country. There are many "likes" - top 5 for me are (and in no particular order): 1) Clarity of speech with the person on the other side is in the same room, 2) The AI dictation which makes it easier for me to copy and add to my business notes section for another reference just in case I missed something, 3) Generously priced as compared to others I have investigated, 4) the recording feature to reference back via the website, and . . . 5) the "Hold Music" for a video meeting - someone needs to sign that guy! While I am a consistent fan and not disappointed, my 3 main observations of features that I think are weak: 1) The user interface seems plain and not consistent with all of the top features. It seems like you have to navigate a bit more to find your contacts or maybe a favorites folder would be good to reference back to similar to categories kind of thing or tags. So for example, if I were to go onto the platform, it would be nice to have an interface that would perhaps have folders kind fo similar to Outlook to where if I am working on a particular project, nthen those people would associated in that folder mto more quickly reference. My CRM (ATS) does that as well. With Dialpad, there are a few more steps that I have to go through to what I need to find which is fine, but the navigation is longer. 2) . . . I really can't think of anything else - just the user friendly interface in your face dashboard or however. I have it envisioned in my head what I think might be user friendly for quick access because many of the applications that I use are that way - several ways to find the same thing versus just a search bar. Not really a criticism just in general, but it would be nice and I could see paying more for a more advanced interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This Application is very good for calling and connecting to bussiness partnes very easly. Dialpad AI is very good and its helping us to understand other person accent easly on call. When we call AI shows transcript on our screen to better understanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Calls connect quickly, the sound is great, and the Ai generated transcripts are pretty spot on. Makes doing business over the phone easy. I haven't used any competitors, but Dialpad is so great I have no reason to start looking elswhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not the only one with access to the phone lines, and sometimes when I call a number, it doesn't show right away that someone is speaking with the same number, but it's not a huge deal. It updates eventually. Worst case, the person gets a call from us while they're already speaking with us, so not a big deal really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use and setup the meetings. When the meeting started and our conversations are transcripted where I found intresting and which will be helpful. Also we can record , schedule the meeting and teammates will be notified when the meetings are scheduled. It also has the recording feature which I liked the most. The best thing I like about dailpad- is that it adjusts itself according to the bandwidth of the users. So if my connection is bad it will not freeze and I can communicate easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
