I think Dialpad is the best thing happened to our organization. It is the pillar of our communication to our candidates. The AI summary of the call and the call transcript is really accurate and helpful. It's integration with our software is really efficient. The call recording feature is a plus. It is one of the online meeting tools very beginner-friendly, facilitates effective collaboration with the internal team, we can also use it to connect with our clients for a seamless experience. One of the things I like most about Dialpad Meetings is that no special software is required to participate, unlike other programs where the user has to download and install the application, for Dialpad meetings, the user clicks on a link and then can join. Sharing the screen is a bit confusing, especially when we are troubleshooting an issue with our clients and want them to share the screen, we need to follow the steps with them. There are some available features that need improvement, such as video recording, this is quite recent for Dialpad and generally works well, but they can do a better job in several of their features.
