This is user friendly and so easy to navigate. I've been very impreesed with the system. My favorite feature is being able to download it onto my cell phone to make sure I never miss an important text/call. The AI Voice makes it easy to go back and reference the conversation. Dialpad AI Meetings are incredible! With other services, if i was a few minutes late to a call, the person waiting for me would be upset, in part because of the hold music they were forced to ensure.

With Dialpad, if I'm a few minutes late, I arrive to the person giggling! I've even been asked if I could hang up and call back so the person could finish listening to the song!
