We use this app every single day. In the office and with customers ..... All hours of the day and night . Allows us to work remote and not have to call from any personal numbers. Chats and Meetings also a great assett when working remote. Also text based marketing to remind clients of events or specials coming up. Allows you to reach multiple campaigns at one time. Dialpad Sales is really good for multiple lines and if you need different routing options. Transcribing calls in real time allows the management to monitor your call and possibly help out with a sales pitch or rebbuttal. Allows new employees in the marketing department to observe sales calls in real time. The people administrating were helpful and went slow when implementing the software into our system. What we have issues with from time to time are dropped calls . Every now and then when you are on DND there seems to be missed calls . You can track the call and ususally figure out why it was missed. Like if two calls come in at the exact same time it only reroutes one of them. We use Dial Pad as the daily driver at my workplace. We use it multiple times a day, probablyat least 100 times , daily , each user. This is the only tool we use for our main purpose, one specific purpose. all our telephonic communication.
it's a great tool, easy and efficient. All the features are simple to use and easy to find. Transcripts and call recording are fabulous and great when needing to referance . If you miss anything you can always go back and listen to the call. also great when training new people . allows us to demonstrate real conversations. Not too much I dislike. one thing that comes to mind, is when having technical problems, takes a while to get customer service. It does take a while to load. Might need some help with installation . It is kind of tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No phones needed, everything is there. Meetings, video chats, text messages, and other features. Makes work flow easier. Also I like how multiple people can have their own numbers and/or depts. Very easy implementing into trainings. Customer support is very professional and quick. Dialpad is used everyday in our office by multiple users. I don't like that we have to pay an extra fee for text messages now. I think it should still be included with no extra charges. They were included for years. I don't think that's fair. I hate the new keypad option!!! At 1st you could just press the numbers when prompted on a call without having to bring up the keypad, now you have to bring up the keypad manually, wait for it to load, and then press the number for whatever option you want. It's an inconvenience. If the key pad takes a while to come up and you're being prompted to choose an option on a call it'll just hang up which makes you have to call again. that's a hassle when you are using 24/7. as an IT admin, it's easy to navigate. The application allows admins to move phone numbers, and users, and create offices without having to speak with support. I find this valuable and time-saving when I need to make adjustments fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
