Dialpad has been a massive upgrade from our old Phone System. All calls are transcribed live using AI. It is also very user-friendly to use as a user and as an Administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I like the most about Dialpad Ai Voice is how simple and easy it is to use, I am personally not great with softphone type of programs but Dialpad is extremely comfortable to use. In my work place we use it pretty often and it is our go to when we have to call or text people. I've only contacted customer service once, and it was not related to issues with the platform. Awesome experience with Dialpad AI voice service which make my work easy to in daily work responsbilities , In recruitment staffing need to connect globally where dialpad AI helping a lot to connect and understand the other languages with use of transcript feature . Dialpad AI voice reduce helps me to reduce the timeline of the process easily to understand the and removing the communication gap.
