What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Whenever I make calls with DIalpad- I hear it clearly there is no disturbance comes up. It has separate note section which is awesome and I use it for handy notes. Dialpad UI is very easy and adaptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is by far the best deliverability platform we have used to communicate with our Students and Partners. It is easy to use and teach others to use. And the Customer Support is amazing and patient.

I like that I can leave pre-recorded voicemails. I can also down load on my cell and take calls/texts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I think Dialpad is the best thing happened to our organization. It is the pillar of our communication to our candidates. The AI summary of the call and the call transcript is really accurate and helpful. It's integration with our software is really efficient. The call recording feature is a plus. We can quickly see all the analytics which is really helpful. I never faced any latency issues over call or text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
