What I like best about Dialpad Ai voice is the number of features it has. For example, the texting and even the transcipt summaries with calls are great addditions that enhance the efficiancy of communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although Dialpad Ai voice is extremely easy to use, I would apprecaite some improvement with adding different languages so the Ai transcript is accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The transcripts prvided for calls along with the volume of data that DialPAd provides is so rich for our service company. The cusotmer support has been 5 star, alwas get our questions awsered in the first phone call. The abilty to leave our office and run the DialPad app on our mobile devices has been a value add. I'd like to see greater flexibility in terms of call handling & routing for departments. If the channels feature were to incorporate 3rd party integrations, it would be a viable contender to replace basic Slack functionality and allow us to consolidate our tech stack.
I'd also like to see the ability to notate, assign, or chat in department call logs and voicemail inboxes so it is clear if someone has addressed a missed call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like being able to go back and review a call that my team may need assistance with so I can know the background of it. I think it works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our primary dislike with Dialpad is that it is more user-centric, rather than admin-centric -- the end users have more control than we're comfortable with.
