What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Dialpad was ahead of the AI curve! Their live transcriptions, call summaries, and other integrated AI products are fantastic. Instead of adding AI to use the buzzword, Dialpad provides a great product with AI integrated in many ways that actually add value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
