What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Their app only crashes once a week and call quality was fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

I hate vendors that make it impossible to cancel without going through customer service. I had written confirmation that my account had been cancelled and yet I was charged for an annual renewal.

After posting a review online they reached out and resolved my issue, so they can provide good customer support when they want to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was providing me with business phone service, but after multiple issues with the product and customer support, I decided to switch products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
