What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The patform is easy to use and its feature makes our voice bot testing very smooth and efficient and i like its recording feature , vocie quality and transcript feature , it has very good customer support and also like to use the dial pad frequently on our day to day work and its easy to install and user frendly to operate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

There are no such things for now that I don't like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need regular testing of calls to moniter thire behavior , to record the calls and analysis speach to test results (STT) every thing is intigrated into one package which I find satisfactory. Dialpad connect is become a key part of process helping us improve performance and refine our bot's capabalitys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
