"Effortless Setup and Cost-Effective for Emergencies"
5/5
What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I feel like the website is really intuitive and easy to use. It's nice that we were able to upload an Excel file with all of our employees' phone numbers and test it out beforehand at no cost. That was a great benefit, and that it's not expensive. Especially for a nonprofit agency, having something that would be used infrequently and cost tens of thousands of dollars was not feasible for us. This much more affordable and provides what we need. The support has been really helpful and everything is simple and straightforward. I really appreciate that. It was easy to set up, a lot easier than I expected it to be. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

We just started using it, and our test text went out really well. We had some people who replied 'stop' before they read the email about it. That seems like it's more of an issue with our agency implementation than with the actual use of the platform. It was an issue that was easily corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Emergency Notifications with DialMyCalls"
5/5
What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I like how simple the interface is, making it really easy to navigate and create broadcasts. I can send to as few or as many contacts as I need at a time. The ability to pre-record and save my voice recordings is also great. I appreciate how easy it is to upload new contacts and add them to specific groups, both in bulk and individually, which allows me to organize them in a useful way. I like that I can set up a broadcast with voice and text simultaneously, and that there are multiple ways to record my broadcast, whether pre-recording or recording on the spot, depending on the situation. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

I noticed that the mobile app had a bit of trouble logging in a couple of times; it logged me out right after I had logged in a couple of times. Also, I would love the ability to add contacts even if we are missing phone numbers, so that I can add those in later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Notifies Our Team Instantly"
5/5
What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I like that DialMyCalls is easy to use, especially the website. The templates are helpful for setting up messages in advance, which is a big plus for me. I also found the initial setup easy, as it allowed me to import a phone list from an Excel file effortlessly. It's the first product we chose for sending notifications, and we're happy with it so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

We don't have it set up for emails, it seems easier to use a listserv for that at the moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable for Group Calls, Effortless Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I use DialMyCalls to make quick calls to parents in our school regarding inclement weather, student club events, and general school announcements. I find it a reliable way to contact groups, especially when written forms of contact are not effective. DialMyCalls saves me time since I don't have to go through the process of dialing and waiting for hundreds of parents to pick up the phone. It also generates a report to let me know who heard the message in a call. I like that the parent data is easy to upload in bulk and that the pricing is fair, especially when I need a quick message sent out that could impact student safety. If your community responds better to voice calls than to text messages, DialMyCalls is the way to go. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

I know that with some of the free plans, a promotional message from DialMyCalls may be attached to a call, but it's not a huge problem. A simple mention of the company is better than a full sentence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
