What do you like best about DialedIn?

DialedIn allows me to revive calls from potential customers and get them in a plan that is best suitable for them based on their needs. What do you like best about DialedIn?

This system is very user friendly. I am not very IT or computer savvy and it is easy to navigate and use. The staff here is amazing also. They are always available to help and walk you through step by step so you understand how to use the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialedIn?

The chat feature, although useful and helpful, is the only feature we can't wait to see evolve more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DialedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the last 10 years our company used Microsoft Access to house all of our records. Last year we had to pull several states out of the dialer database because it was too full and kept crashing. This caused us to lay estimators off. Thanks to DialedIn everyone is back to work and we are able to house as many records as we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only problem I have is the system will disconnect and I have to long back in. I have been kicked off the platform while on a call but this is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
