What do you like best about DialedIn?

Turn the last to news or company has used Chase data dialer. It's so easy user friendly and easy to train. New hires to utilize and make calls. The system even allows you to set call backs that will remind you to call at certain times with ease. What do you like best about DialedIn?

The most helpful thing about DialedIn by ChaseData is that I am able to see calls coming in, I can easily get off of one call and answer another, it is very fast and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialedIn?

I just sat here for 5 minutes trying to really think if I have any dislikes and I couldn't think of one thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DialedIn?

Super easy to disposition leads, also when system crashes it's easy to reboot and start back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the most is some of the leads that I'm following are wrong address / phone numbers not correct to the customers I'm calling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DialedIn?

It's easy to transfer and dispo. Also it let's you see previous calls and their phone numbers. Also when you enter in a phone number, even before you dial, it populates the lead and shows their info and notes based on your previous call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only have a little issue with the connectivity when you are not connected to an ethernet cable. However, it still works perfectly if you have a strong wifi connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
