What do you like best about DialedIn?

The simplicity of this dialer is amazing. The reports you can pull for everything are super helpful. The Clean Caller ID software is great. Their customer service and support team are the best I've ever dealt with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DialedIn?

They have dailing options that fit my business. They never put us in a box and have had real solutions. Dylan, from their customer support team was proactive and supported me EVERY step of the way! What do you like best about DialedIn?

Clear communication of call flow procedures with narrowed disposition tool to make call handling less of a hassle. Login was well designed. Easily installed and removed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialedIn?

No suggested min break between calls makes server load and node efficiency less effective. Including permissive and non permissive action based on enterprise solution could further software's demand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DialedIn?

The user-friendliness, it's features and BY FAR the best customer service I've had with any kind of company in this specific field. Other companies have often treated me like a number, but Nicholas Duckworth and Dan Cleary (my representative and the VP of Business Development) have personally made it their mission that I'm 100% stablished properly so I can do the very best possible with my business. I can not rave enough of how much time and grief will Chasedata save me in the future, it's my #1 software of choice when it comes to dialers HANDS DOWN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialedIn?

Nothing bad to say AT ALL. The software is absolutely fantastic as it is, and I say this as a first hand experience user. For any "issue" or problem i've encountered, Nick has given me an extremely efficient solution (most of the times an automated one by the software) that has been like the holy grail. What problems is DialedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to measure and manage employees properly. Also having the proper tools to maximize every single ounce of productivity from my calling room. For every little thing I do that consumes my time, Nick Duckworth has told me a solution that will literally save me HUNDREDS of work hours in the future... the software is the most automated beautiful tool i've ever found... basically, once I fully set it up, I only need extremely minimum maintenance to make sure it works WAY BETTER than many other options I researched and used before Chasedata. What do you like best about DialedIn?

The support guys are very helpful but work off-site and they don't always get correct information from the company. They are helpful and friendly though. I also like the fast paced way we can go from call to call with no between time. Casey and Dylan are excellent support agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialedIn?

I don't like it's a download. The settings are complicated. I have a lot of issues where support calls are needed. They want to over-explain everything. They don't understand we are not Chase employees and we just want the phones to ring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DialedIn:

I would recommend this for the predictive dialer for residence. My business uses it solely for business to business, so miss out on the biggest benefit they offer. We carefully nurture leads and work files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DialedIn?

They provide amazing support. They have a well trained staff on hand to resolve any problems you or your users have. If you need custom reporting or help with complicated scripting they are there to help and they do so in a timely fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve as a supervisor and as a user is steep. It is not as intuitive as it could be. This is improving over time and as always once you know where to go for your needs it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DialedIn solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChaseData is our lifeblood. We use it exclusively for an outbound call telesales product. We have tried other platforms and have actually returned to ChaseData for our system. For the usability there isn't a better, more affordable product on the market.
