**What do you like best about Diagram?**

Diagram offers an incredibly user-friendly interface that makes creating complex workflows and data visualizations quick and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Diagram?**

While Diagram is a great tool, I find the limited options for customization of certain visual elements frustrating at times. Additionally, the performance can occasionally lag with larger, complex diagrams, which interrupts the flow of work.

**What problems is Diagram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Diagram helps streamline complex workflow visualization and process mapping, which has greatly reduced miscommunication within our teams. By providing a clear visual representation of projects, we can align our strategies, identify potential bottlenecks, and improve overall project management. This has led to faster decision-making and more effective collaboration, ultimately enhancing productivity and clarity in our day-to-day operations.

**What do you like best about Diagram?**

Diagram is a simple and intuitive user interface for jumping in and start diagramming without a long learning curve. I like that I can actually work on diagrams in real time with colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Diagram?**

The specific industry standard shapes that are common for network diagrams, engineering schematics, etc. are often missing for more specialized diagrams.

**What problems is Diagram solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With diagram, getting basic flowcharts or mind maps down doesn’t require complex design tools. Collaborative features, and an intuitive interface make it a great digging stick for brainstorming sessions and project planning alike.
