The fact that DFTWorks uses HPC-Materials is very interesting, its raw processing power. This enables me to utilize union find algorithm, which allows me to run material simulations upto hundreds of times faster than it would normally take in traditional computing. Speaking of my user experience with DFTWorks HPC-Materials, what I've seen most is the insufficient support resources. Although, there are many tutorials, issues involving intricate cares may get hard to deal with. I have validated that it is sometime frustrating to have to wait for a long time for the support team to react back and that this make research work slow down .
