DevSkiller TalentBoost is very interactive /user friendly interface, providing end to end talent management solution in upskilling & reskilling, showing company skill bank, competency framework to feature career mapping for employees as well as succession planning identifying gaps, creating a culture of transformation in learning & development as it shares learning material to get to the next skill level, it also allows employees to rate their own skills as well as show their progress to themselves and their managers. Devskillern Talentboost features ease of integration, and the customer service provide support to facilitate ease of implementation and training. The analytics section is a game changer, it generates different reports for different audience to aid decision making. It also facilitates that validation of employee's technical skills. It's a one stop shop for all skills mapping and competency review that is needed by any organization. DevSkiller has improved our recruitment process in many ways, I know have tools to make better hiring decisions by providing data on the specific skills we need. The assessments allow us to test candidates technical abilities and overall fit for the role.
