User experior helps understand how customer is using the dedicated mobile application and help management identify the customer preferences which results in  enhancing customer experience

Nothing I could think of. But surely can improve more side of analytical tracking so that everything found at one place

**What problems is DevRev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through user experior we are able to clearly identify any issue or crash happening in mobile application and at which stage apart from this it also provides mobile details and network ared of users which help us debug the issue at earliest

I like that UserExperior is a comprehensive digital experience monitoring tool that helps us to understand and optimize the user experience for our mobile app. It has helped us to identify the Production incident with ease.

**What do you dislike about DevRev?**

We have integrated UserExperior in our Flutter app as well, and there are limited customisation options. If offered more flexibility, it can enhance the overall usability of the tool.

**What problems is DevRev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserExperior solves the problem of gaining deep insights into user behaviour and interactions with our app. It allows us to identify usability issues, optimize user journeys, and improve overall user experience. This benefits us by enhancing our understanding of user needs, increasing user satisfaction, solving Production bugs and driving better business outcomes.

**What do you like best about DevRev?**

I have been using UserExperior for one of our products. It is beneficial to get insights into what users are doing within our application. It is lifesaver at times. For most of our Production Issues, we check UserExperior first to see exactly what the user was doing, which could have caused such an issue.

**What do you dislike about DevRev?**

We are also using UserExperior in one of our Flutter Projects. Integration was seamless but masking is not supported in Flutter except in WebView. This should be worked upon by the UserExperior team.

**What problems is DevRev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives all the recordings of our users. We are able to see what interaction users are doing within the app. We can also see crashes, launch time, internet connectivity etc

No search functionality- like if you want to search session recording from 100 uniqie ids, you need to search one by one rather than any one of those 100

Screen recordings with issue tags. Helps quick understanding of what our users are going through.

We could get some help to filter out recordings only with issues, which will help to get to issues quickly. Also, easier integration with instrumentation.

DevRev helps us immensely in handling our customer support queries right from the point of getting it from the customer to the point of managing the request and executing on it. The experience is seamless and they way it stitches the whole experience helping tech teams and revenue teams come together around customer requests is brilliant.

Would love to have a mobile app to increase the productivity of the team. Everything else is great!

The best part about the tool is it's easy to integrate and use for any developer which makes it more effective with couple of lines of code you already integrate it seamlessly.

UserExperior should build something for server side , although server events are not bread and butter for UE but developer or any person for that matter could get sense of what is happening throughout user journey

Crash recordings capture details well. Logs of each transaction are good.

The total number of sessions recorded on any given day suddenly drop from 20K to 5K. 
ANR% of UE dont match ANR% or Crash % of Payment Gateway. 
Download report of overall numbers is not available.

We want to analyse health of product, ANR and crash session regularly to ensure performance marketing is not affected.

If the alerting system has been built, it would be beneficial  for multiple clients

Why the customer conversion decrease or not scaling up at the specific point? Is it a design issue or a technical issue, or a content issue? UE will give better insight into this.

The user actions are mentioned on the side of the video, and extensive links are provided to jump to specific sections of the recording as well as particular types of user recordings
The portal is fast, so navigation is smooth. No buffer is seen when playing recordings.
Crash and ANR filter works precisely

The heatmaps are not up to mark, especially when the page length is long and has multiple scrolls. 
The documentation quality of API and other functions is average.

Funnel could be improved a bit, we like the way funnel is created in clevertap a similar functionality would be great

We are using the user experior for a long time now it is very helpful to understand user behavior, we discovered a lot of UX issues using User experior.

**What do you dislike about DevRev?**

- We sometimes use it On/Off because the pricing is high.
- User experior doesn't support hybrid like if the is using both Android/Flutter or iOS/Flutter.

Lots of time we have discovered UX issues using UE, like we built with certain assumptions but user ended up understanding something different.

Web portal Dashboard requires improvement for better data and result display
SDK to be fixed for not missing data, as the target of integration is to capture 100% field failure

**What problems is DevRev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a tech integrator, have utilized UserExperior to identify the technical performance issues of mobile applications. The tool is helps to capture app insights, particularly the user journeys screen videos. 
The SDK version as used looks to have some issues and has missed the 100% data capture, but if the same being sorted, then it will definitely be a preferred tool for the app ecosystem.

Also, there is currently no feature to fine recordings for specific use cases.

Some things were outside the scope of UserExperior; app crashes due to an issue with x86 architecture. So as such, there are no dislikes.

There were some issues in the flutter SDK of UserExperior, web_view_in_flutter does not align with UserExperior.

The dashboard seems a bit confusing sometimes, also the small functionality of navigation from one page to another also seems an issue.

**What do you like best about DevRev?**

The onboarding experience of Userexperior was simple and done in a few minutes. Data was populated the very next minute. As a product designer, the heatmap feature helped my team and clients to get a deeper understanding of users' interactions, frustration areas, and clicks which led to users dropping. The platform has been a great help in data-driven optimisation in designs. User recording is one of the best features for understanding user's patterns inside the app and its ability to track the ANR and crashes.

**What do you dislike about DevRev?**

The app provides a data-rich experience, but keeping time constraints in mind, it would be a good-to-have feature to include precise and short reports for faster consumption of data at one glance. eg. Graphical representation of data.

1. Consolidated report to identify the app crashes and user pain points.
2. Finally their support is available anytime for the walkthrough.

2. Crash report emails are going into spam
3. Dashboards are confusing and no differentiation is there. All dashboards look the same.

For any organization who has a mobile application of any size, User Experior helps a lot to identify the user behavior on the app. Recommended for any organisation.

The most useful solution for us on UserExperior is to look at conversion bottlenecks and understand what design issues and errors caused users to dropoff from the journeys.

The downside is a lack of features on business transaction solutions is not built in to understand how errors affect our core business metrics. If business impact analysis is brought onto UserExperior it will be a game changer.

Amazing to see visual data for our funnels. Crashes, API slow down, etc data can be correlated
with conversions.

A turnkey solution in my opinion would have been better. We could integrate data on
UserExperior without the hassle of integrating the SDK. However, the current setup isn’t a deal
breaker.
