Device Magic is a mobile forms software that makes it easy to replace paperwork with mobile forms.

Device Magic is a very simple to use mobile data collection software platform. From the drag-and-drop form builder, to the simplified vertical UI of the Forms app, Device Magic is completely designed with the end-user in mind. Device Magic is a no-code platform and can be set up by anyone in your organization.

Device Magic's mobile forms also boast a variety of technical features. Forms can be completed on mobile devices anywhere, even without internet connection. Form fields can perform conditional logic and calculate answers based on previous questions. Data from forms can be sent in a variety of formats including text, email, SMS, and PDF, and can be sent to a variety of storage locations and collaborative destinations.

What do you like best about Device Magic?

It does what it says on the website, the website is very straight forward and detailed, the website even has the chat online button which is fab , they are very quick to respond and very helpful.the software is very practical and handy having everything all in the one place to access everything, it definitely saves administration time in the long run and allows you to be completely paperless (which i did not think would be so easy to do) . It is also a very good price for everything you are getting, i was originally a bit cautious of the price but it is certainly worth it for all the functions you are able to use and i would recommend it to others to give it a go. I am still learning and realising more of the functions the software has, i am very impressed with all the features it has and able to do invoices, purchase orders, daily job reports and also vehicle inspections. What do you dislike about Device Magic?

I havent used it long enough to find anything i dislike as yet, so far so good and not came across any issues, i look forward into using it more and getting used to all the functions it has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Device Magic?

The Device Magic team helped me build out my form and explained how everything works. Over the past year and a half using the service, there have been a few times we required troubleshooting, and the DM team is always quick to answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Device Magic?

I wish there were a way to upload my files and schedule my dispatches in advance. I'd like to be able to upload the entire week's worth on Monday and have them automatically sent to the drivers each morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The process of reauthorizing users who need to change mobile devices can be a bit cumbersome. Basically my only real complaint when I used the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
