The features are really good. To name a few, you have features like Synced Blocks, which allows you to re-use content easily. You can send draft content to reviewers before publication, and they can add comments, as in the case of MS Word or Google doc. The Custom HTML feature allows you to create customized styling through HTML, CSS, and Javascript code blocks; integrations like Google Analytics help you to get analytics about your docs.
Apart from the features, the support provided by the team is excellent, and any bugs or feature requests are catered to with top-most priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the UX is not all that good for a few doc operations. For example, when I wish to copy a table from a Google doc to Developerhub, it fails or copies with incorrect formatting.
