What do you like best about DeskTime?

DeskTime has great features including detailed charts showing your teams daily activity on productive and nonproductive tasks in displayed in 5 minute increments. Other details on productivity include; arrival time, leaving time, desk time and effectiveness of each team member and their palce in the group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DeskTime?

Although projects can be created and the productive time for each team member allocated to projects it is not as easy to get detailed repoting for projects including total hours worked and hours worked by each team member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DeskTime solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use DeskTime to monitor offshore workers based in the Philippines to assist onshore management based in Australia. Features including charts on activity and screenshot images ensure the remote team is working productively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
