**What do you like best about Deskera People?**

I wouldn't know. The product doesn't work and their support doesn't answer. I've had the same support query for 3 MONTHS and I can't get a response. It's beyond ridiculous and I'm so over this company.

**What do you dislike about Deskera People?**

The support

I follow up with them every single day for months and I can't get a single answer back. I've never seen a company with worse support. It's unacceptable. Avoid this product at all costs. I wish I never used them and I'd pay so much to never have to deal with them again.

**What problems is Deskera People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was trying to run Payroll, but I guess that's not happening since their support team can't be bothered to answer basic questions that are literally a copy and paste answer.

**What do you like best about Deskera People?**

I can't stop loving how it provides you with a common platform to handle all your employee-related things. I am using it mainly for payroll and expense management, And it's fulfilling my need exceptionally.

**What do you dislike about Deskera People?**

I hardly found any cons so far, as it gives me what I am looking for with an easy-to-use experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Deskera People:**

Definitely recommend

**What problems is Deskera People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a one-stop solution. I was facing issues in payroll, but with this, I am hardly facing any problems; it smoothly manages the payroll by having a pay schedule that automatically calculates how much need to pay to employees. and the other great thing its equally beneficial to  employees and companies.
