I run an online e-learning business and needed a tool to help track my educators. DeskCove has made it easy to know which teachers are working and when they logged in for their assigned classes. They have a dashboard that provides an overview of who has worked, how much they earned, and offers other useful metrics. I bought Deskcove a few months ago. I've been using it to track the time of my VAs in the last couple of weeks.

It works pretty well. It's easy to navigate. My VAs use it daily. There are rarely any issues. Once we had an issue and I got the support to fix it, the support answered immediately and fixed it.
