**What do you like best about deskbird?**

I like the ease of use and how intuitive deskbird is. It is very visual and helps me know which room each of my colleagues is in, which saves time as I can immediately know where to find them if I need to contact them. I also appreciate that it integrates very well with MS Teams.

The only thing I think could be improved is to allow booking multiple dates at once.

I like that booking a desk with deskbird is easy to use and very clear, which makes it quick for me to navigate. I appreciate that it allows coworkers to see what days I work from the office and check desk availability. The feature of being able to check who is in the office on what day is also valuable for me.

I like the layout view with the direct booking option because it allows me to see empty and crowded spaces and choose where to sit. The initial setup of deskbird was very easy.

**What do you dislike about deskbird?**

The date selection in the app is not intuitive. A bar selection on top would help, and serve better than clicking on 'today'.

I use deskbird to book desks, solving the problem of not having a desk by allowing me to see empty and crowded spaces and choose where to sit with the layout view and direct booking option.

No real downsides on deskbird, main problem is encouraging staff to use it!

It's very easy to use and has a clear, user-friendly interface, which makes booking a desk for office days quick and simple. I use Deskbird on  a weekly basis whenever we go into the office, and it has been reliable so far.

One thing I don't like is that it's possible to book desk anonymously. Because of this, I can't always see who has reserved a specific desk

I would like to set personal hours for each person. And not everyone works five days and we don't seem to be able to set the system to reflect that. Setting up the meeting rooms wasn't very easy though.
