The format helps guide you through each request to make sure your details are clear. It is pretty fool proof. You have the options to send brand kits, design schemes, and use rules for each design. The turn around time is very quick...usually 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not every design is the same. It seems like there is a lack of internal standards or maybe not uniform software. Some designers send content that looks like it would cost $1500 per image, other designers send content thats from a second grade classroom using microsoft paint from windows '98.
