Having a dedicated designer that knows our brands and styles! Having Dario know what I'm looking for in a design based on his past experience working with me on projects is such an asset. Especially when it comes to duplicating forms out for 12 different brands, I know he'll automatically change unique references for each brand without me having to spoon feed information to him and he knows our brands so well that he typically doesn't have to do more than one design draft for new creative at this point. When our main designer has transitioned in the past, all of that training we've done with them does not transfer to the new designer. So it becomes a bit of a start over process that then takes us awhile to build up the same service as our prior one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've never had much of an issue with pickle, the design team's work is almost always great and only requires a tweak or two. The biggest issue is the timeline. Design Pickle gets stuff done. We previously had a half-time in-house graphic designer. With Design Pickle, we really increased the capacity of the work that gets done. Our sales team is so much more well-equipped with tools to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The allocation of work is one project per day - but on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. A big project may be divided in multiple projects over a few days. Some days we will have nothing in the queue. But other times we'll have a backlog of projects -- and the allocation from DP is still one project per day. So it's really on us to make sure we provide a steady amount of work.
