What problems is Design Pickle solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have the need to create various marketing pieces and its not practical to hire a full time graphic designer. Doing it in house with less skilled staff does not create the quality we want. What do you like best about Design Pickle?

They respond to text messages. I do not like anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Design Pickle?

The interface, the exhaustive constant barrage of messages basically telling you to do it yourself. The refund policy is ludicrous. The design was awful. The amount of excess crap you need to doeload to function. The exorbitant time to do simple task. The list is endless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Design Pickle solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed 10 tee shirt graphics. To do this would require $1250 subscription. I could design each in 20 minutes. However I told them I had no equipment so I needed help. This is very time sensitive. After paying I was told I had to use a computer for request. (Exactly why I didn't do the design myself) then I can't use safari. Then I must download another app, slack.

I input my designs with sample images I created. I got the first one back 24 hours later and it was garbage. A bunch of words typed in standard windows fonts. Not organized. No design. Maybe done by ai.

My revision request had not been started 24 hours later. So 10 tee designs would take 20 days at this rate with no aesthetic at all.

They refused to refund my account although I got zero service.

I implore you to not waste money on this horrible site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
