The most helpful thing about the TMS is that everything is in one place. I can quote and tender LTL shipments out to carriers in the same place I can spot quote full truckload shipments. It also handles the freight payment side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like it if the Best TMS woudl allow carriers to see who dispatches freight to the truckload carriers. If the system allowed this then carriers could contact the appropriate person/plant to help with their issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use, very clean process. Communication from support team - IT is very responsive and helpful. Best has a lot of features that allow their website to adapt to your business.
