We had some system and product updates from Descartes, but as a client, I would like to receive training for skill development. When I requested the training, I was informed that I would need to pay for this service. **What problems is Descartes Fleet Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before the implementation of Greenmile Descartes, we managed our fleet solely through telemetry, and we did not have visibility of the planned route and the clients included in it. With the implementation of Greenmile Descartes, we gained visibility of the planned and actual routes, with all the times and movements, facilitating our decision-making on certain routes. With the evolution of technologies, we made API integrations with our internal system at Cialne to develop internal control tools, such as the digital logbook and the bonus system for our clients, using surveys via the Greenmile Driver app. The problems that the tool brings us are related to the Greenmile Connector, where we import the route into the live environment. However, when importing the route with the planned departure time from 9:00 PM onwards, the live system automatically considers it as if the route were to start the next day, which is not the case. ### 11. The configurability to tailor the system for every level of user from Driver to Managing Director. Also the ability to configure for different operating centres with different goals and strategies. The service centre is always more than accommodating to any requests and turn around any issues in a timely manner, in fact this is one of the standout features of dealing with Descartes. For a business with over 1000 users running on the system daily with some quite complex integrations to other platforms and services, the whole operation is slick and offers huge benefits in time saving and fleet efficiency.
