Using Descartes VC, we can simply and seemlessly comply with all export rules of verifying the person you are shipping to is not on the Denied Party List. The only thing I wish is that we could have additional users (without paying the full annual price for each). So it isn't all on one person to run the VC It would be nice to have additional users. Visual compliance has a very user-friendly interface. The ability to integrate with almost any business system has eliminated the need for manual screening. I have used other screening providers and this is the perfect fit for our large company. The pricing is also the most competitive in the industry. The reporting capabilities are also very useful. Honestly, I cannot think of any glaring downsides. The biggest downside for our business is having to pay an additional fee to upload batch screening files. I really like that so many sources of sanctions are gathered in one place, and are constantly revised and updated. I also absolutely love that I can select the lists agains which my screening should be run. And, finally, daily email notifications which warn me at the right time.
