Shipment data requires a significant amount of cleaning to be useful and comparable when trying to actually determine the companies sending and receiving products. The product is more expensive than peer products on the market, and countries are gated behind additional payment tiers. Several key interest countries are missing. You can search by specific account names, zip code regions, by specific Ports, etc. Descartes Datamyne provides the contact information for the right company contacts that I need to engage with. Our inside sales team loves using Datamyne to validate leads and align the markets where we do business. The customer support is excellent, they provide ongoing training opportunities and it is quick and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is that you can't rely on the data 100%, it's taking everything with a grain of salt because sometimes we find the data to be slightly inaccurate or companies can opt out of sharing the import/export information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of navugating and clarity on data diled available. The product aslo has great customer support which makes it more easier for analayst to reach out in case of any issues. Notabel features are the buyers tab and is very intuitve to navuget between each tabs.
