The number one reason I recommend Deploybot is the personalised support I've received. After using Deploybot without issue for a number of years an issue started occurring with deploying updates to multiple servers at the same time. Facundo at Deploybot helped narrow this down to an issue with a technical change our hosting provider (WPEngine) and put a considerable amount of time into testing and implementing an update which resolved things. No service is immune from changes outside their control causing issues, what's special in this case is the desire to fix the problem for me and other customers who might be in my situation. I don't like that if the login details are not correct than you have to create the server again which means you have to deploy the entire with all the commits again. Sometimes is hard to distinguish the environment you deploy to. It does tell you to pay attention, but maybe adding icons, colors or other ways to distinguish between them. From time to time deployments are suuuuper slow, of fail quite often, a couple of times my servers stopped working and i have to redo the whole thing and without changin anything, to copy/pasting my config they worked again, which is really frustating when you have deadlines to spend time reconfiguring something that was working.
