The clients that we have that use this service love the ease of sharing cases without having to deal with encrypted email. The price is right, as it's free, and it does check all the boxes for HIPAA. It's hard not to recommend taking a look at this. It doesn't have a huge userbase yet, and searching for other practices can be a bit cumbersome. I know they are working on this. The other issue, is that some on the other end of the collaboration can run into some trouble getting started, although it's generally well received after a learning curve.
